• Pre-Existing IP & Background Frameworks: Arivinex retains all right, title, and interest in its pre-existing tools, reusable internal code utilities, software development scaffolds, and general industry knowledge. Where embedded into client deliverables, Arivinex grants the client a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and modify such background IP for the operation of the delivered solution.
